F1 student marrying a us citizen?

My boyfriend is an f-1 student from Saudi. If we get married in the united states, will he be able to get a spousal green card, as I am a citizen. I have heard stories of the Saudi government demanding the man to go back to Saudi after marrying an American, is this true? Also, he is on sponsorship by Saudi aramco. Can he work for the company here in the united states in order to pay back his education expenses? There are many Saudi aramco jobs here in the states. Help!
