JGR penalties for unapproved oil pans?

I agree with how Nascar handled it. I mean they didn't just hit the easy target, crew chiefs, they went to the whole "team" that is involved. This says so much more than it was the crew chief's fault, it says "Hey! If the team is going to try something, then the team is responsible as a whole.
