Scary movie question!! help me find the name plz?

Ok so once I watched this movie it came out a long time ago that it was about a family that moved into a house and it was hunted and evey family that would move in, had to move out..I cant really remember but I think it was at 5:00 that something scary would happen and he dad of the family has to sleep in the garage cuz he always get so cold or hot something like that..then he find this a wall and he gets in there and he finds a whole bunch of dead bodies..and his daughter supposedly has a friend but its imaginary (which is the girl that once lived in that house that was killed) THE MOVIE IS CALLED SOMETHING LIKE HUNTED VILLE! I don't know! plz help I really want to watch it again and at the end the girl just starts yelling and the floor swallows her!
