Some questions on Japan?

man this stuff i havent read about for like 3 years. The tokugawa shogunate might of been the rulers of present day Tokyo. This was a time when japan was getting weary of foriegners and even had a long period of isolationism. They were paranoid of everyone including the missionaries. yah i didnt help
