Thinking about changing my name this school year, but I have a problem PLEASE help!!?

My name is Payton spelled differently then the usual Peyton, but I CAN'T STAND IT when teachers spell my name like Peyton, I know that's the normal way but EERR!!! Also there's another Peyton in my grade and people are always talking about her or yelling her name in the hallways (she's very popular) and I used to think they meant me all the time, but now I just ignore it and now when my friends are trying to call my name I just think its another person who wants Peyton. Also when guys are like "Oh my gosh Peyton is sooo hot!! Have you seen her jugs?" and if I'm behind them one of them turns around and gos " We're not talking about you" and it makes me feel bad even though I knew they weren't talking about me. But in 5th grade I was called Elizabeth, I didn't like spelling it (I was VERY lazy lol) and then in 6th grade I was called Payton again, and people were like "Wait is your name Payton or Elizabeth?" and people still do it today!!
