What is the difference between AMC 10 and AMC 12 from topics covered point of view?

I could only notice that there are some complex numbers and trigonometry problems on the AMC 12 which are not on the AMC 10 and I know that there are about 12 overlapping problems of the 2 problems. R there any more difference beside those and the level of difficulity?
