What type of dogs should be fed orijen?

Based on the ingredient list, Orijen looks like an excellent food! Its considered the best kibble out there. Its almost rated the highest on all those dog food review sites. But the problem is... the protein level. I really want to feed my dogs Orijen but I always read that its for ''working dogs''. What kind of dogs can be fed this food? I have a Shih Tzu and a Boston Terrier... I feed my Shih Tzu Acana which is made by the same company as Orijen.. but it has less protein because im terried to feed him orijen because i hear it causes kidney problems and i dont want to make my dog sick. My Boston Terrier puppy is on Wellness Just for Puppy.. but I want to feed her Orijen puppy - but again, with the protein. Would you feed your dogs orijen? What kind of dogs should be fed Orijen? what do they mean by ''working'' dogs?
