How can I make iced coffee like McDonald's of Dunkin Donuts?

I want to know how to make it. Quicken says we spend about $120 a month on coffee. Even if the machine is $1000 it will be worth it. Can anyone help me out? I have tried making it but cannot get it to taste the same.
