Renault suspended from European GP?

After the events of the past week, I can understand why the FIA would want to 'take action' but it's still a bit harsh. After all, it's not the first time a wheel has come loose after a pit stop. A fine would have been sufficient, banning them for something like this is a bit over the top in my opinion.
