Are scooters lame? Motorcycle vs. scooter...?

Don't kid yourself. You can get killed on a scooter as easily as on a motorcycle. My opinion is that a more powerful motorcycle (in the hands of a responsible rider) is safer because you have enough power under your control to get yourself out of a dangerous situation.
