Who knows how to get rid of those lines on the screen when u record.?

i just finished filming my movie by using a sony minicam. i recorded a computer screen which is a crt and while i record there are lines that are on the screen. i think it is called interlace. does anyone know how to get rid of the lines so it doesnt show in my movie. i can use either adobe premiere or final cut pro. please help me.
