Why should it matter to anyone if the 'Hamas' leadership and their followers are eliminated?

i am completely against Hamas and I believe that Israel is one of the last TRUE allies that the United States has left in this world along with Great Britain. Hamas is a terrorist organization and deserves to be treated as such and if the people of Palestine really value their lives they should think before allowing extremist terrorist to control their government.
